It works perfectly. The steam it produces is very powerful, so you have to turn your face away a bit. To avoid wasting steam, the best thing to do is turn your face away and place a towel so that the steam doesn't escape. I recommend it.
The packaging box was severely damaged, partially crushed. This item was not protected in a package that should have been reinforced with stronger cardboard and shock-absorbing materials. Instead, there was only the original packaging (cardboard for the entire item and the final shipping plastic with its label). Insufficient!!!
