Refund policy

Sculptia, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping for our beauty and personal care products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at walter-gellweiler@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Products must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care items, opened beauty tools, or damaged products caused by customer use cannot be accepted for return.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Sculptia reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
